This Privacy Policy describes how FlipIQ ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the FlipIQ mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create a FlipIQ account, we collect basic account details such as:

• Email address
• Password (stored in an encrypted/hashed form)
• Name or display name (if you choose to provide one)

1.2 Third-party Login

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier and basic profile information (such as your name and email address) from Google in order to create and manage your FlipIQ account. We do not have access to your Google password.

1.3 Listing Content

To generate product listings, you may provide:

• Photos you upload of items you want to sell
• Product titles, descriptions and other details you enter
• Answers to short questionnaires about your item (e.g. brand, condition)

This information is used only to help generate and store listings for you within FlipIQ.

1.4 Usage and Device Data

We may collect limited technical and usage information, such as:

• Device model and operating system version
• App version and language
• Interactions with key screens and features (for analytics and debugging)
• Crash reports and performance data

This data is generally collected in an aggregated or pseudonymous form and is used to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your FlipIQ account
• Generate suggested titles, descriptions and prices for your listings
• Save and display your past listings inside the app
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Maintain and improve the performance, security and stability of the Service

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract: to provide the Service to you and fulfill our obligations under our Terms of Use.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases we may also provide additional notice in the app.
